NexGenCampus ("we", "us") is an independent education guidance platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use nexgencampus.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
When you use our counseling form, program-finder quiz, or contact us, we collect:
- Name, phone number, email address, and city
- Program/course interest and budget preference
- Marketing attribution data (UTM parameters, referring page) used to understand which content helped you find us
We do not collect payment information — course fees are paid directly to the university you choose, never through us.
Why we collect it
- To connect you with a free counseling call about your program interest
- To send you information about universities and programs relevant to your enquiry
- To improve which guides, tools, and comparisons we build next
Consent under the DPDP Act
By submitting the counseling form or program-finder quiz, you consent to NexGenCampus contacting you about your enquiry, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This consent is timestamped and recorded against your submission. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the email below — we will stop contacting you and delete your data on request, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share your enquiry details only with the specific counseling team handling your request, and — only if you ask to be connected — with the university you're interested in. We do not run ads that target you based on this data.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to provide counseling support, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
