NexGenCampus never charges you

Comparison, counseling, and guidance on this site are 100% free. We do not charge a fee for any service, so there is nothing for us to refund on our own services.

Course fees are paid to the university, not to us

When you enroll in a program, your course fee is paid directly to the university on its own official payment channel — never to NexGenCampus. Because of this, refunds of course fees (for example, if you withdraw before a course starts) are governed entirely by that university's own refund policy, not by us. We recommend reviewing a university's refund terms before you pay, and we can help you find and understand them as part of free counseling.

Our sales-pressure guarantee

We tell every student that if a NexGenCampus counselor uses a pushy or misleading sales tactic to push you toward a university, you can report it to us.
